How To Make 3D Paper Pumpkin Craft
Follow these straightforward steps to create your beautiful centerpiece. This project works by creating a paper sphere from simple strips.
- Step 1: Measure and Cut Your Strips
1. Take your orange paper and, using a ruler and pencil, mark out strips that are uniform in width.
2. Recommendation: Strips that are 1-inch wide and 10-12 inches long work best for a medium-sized pumpkin.
3. Cut out 8 to 12 strips. Remember: The more strips you use, the fuller and rounder your 3D pumpkin will be.
- Step 2: Cut the Stem, Leaves and Vine
1. For the Stem: Fold a small piece of brown paper in half and then draw the stump of the stem. Cut it out to get two identical pieces.
2. For the Vine: Cut a thin, long strip of green paper.
